The room was exactly as I requested, which made my stay so much more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a lovely surprise snack platter on arrival! The location is perfect, just a quick 2-minute walk to the underground, making it super convenient to get around. The breakfast was not only diverse but also delicious, with so many options to choose from. Room service was impressively quick and professional, meeting every need effortlessly. Overall, this hotel offers truly exceptional value for the money.

Outside the fact that the facility was very premium, extremely good location (besides the second biggest mall in Turkiye) and opposite a local metro, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Ertan at the restaurant, very friendly and polite as well as Ertugrul at the reception who went above and BEYOND to assist me in booking fast travel between Ankara to Istanbul. Would absolutely stay here again if I visit Anakara.

We stayed in a junior suite facing Anka mall, which was very spacious and had a jacuzzi , a very nice touch . A special thanks to Miss Kubra , who helped us during our stay and made sure that the water temperature under the shower was fixed while taking a shower , it took maintenance 15 days to fix it . Thanks to Kadir and all the staff for making our stay memorable.

The staff , especially the duty manager, Mr.UTKU TOZLUYURT, and the best receptionist, Miss Zahide. Breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from with the nicest staff .. My suite has an Ankamall view on the 12th floor . Special thanks to the bell boy Mr Kadir and Mr Mustafa. We loved our stay and extended it by a week and may be two .
